Using Touch Tone Banking
Before using Yellowstone Bank's Touch Tone Service, make sure you have your account number(s) handy. Also have your Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.) available. If you do not know your P.I.N. or have not yet received your P.I.N., please contact the bank.

STEP 1
Determine which telephone number you need:
628-1354 local Billings calling area.
1-800-822-5592 from locations outside the local calling area.

STEP 2
Wait for the greeting, then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. To access these selections from the Opening Menu given, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone.

SYSTEM INSTRUCTION MENU:
To get information you will need the number of the account or loan you wish to access and your four digit Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.). You can assign the same P.I.N. for all your accounts and/or loans.

The opening menu allows you to access the accounts information and funds transfer menu, rate and product information, and system instructions. The accounts information and funds transfer menu provide access to checking, savings, loan, and time deposit accounts, as well as the ability to transfer funds.
