Joel S. Harris
Joel is Chairman of Yellowstone Bank. A Montana native, he was raised in Laurel and is a 1961 graduate of the University of Montana. Joel began his Yellowstone Bank career as a bookkeeper in 1955 and now among other responsibilities he deals with management issues and general oversight / review
