OPERATING LOANS - Annual lines of credit to finance
agricultural production including all irrigated and dryland farming as
well as all types of livestock operations. Operating lines are
tailored to meet the needs of each individual producer according to
their circumstances and financial situation.
TERM LOANS - Credit for the purchase of livestock or
machinery. Termed out using monthly, semi-annual, or annual payments.
REAL ESTATE LOANS - Long term fixed or variable rate
agricultural real estate financing. Our rates are very competitive and
we custom design the terms to fit your individual needs. We typically
do our own appraisals at no cost to the borrower, and our closing fees
are kept to a minimum.
FmHA GUARANTIES and SUBORDINATIONS - Financing programs for
new producers or producers who have been through tough times. FmHA
financing can sometimes offer rates and terms not generally available
through non-FmHA programs.
